  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to supplier availability.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Note: As a dropshipping business, we work with multiple third-party suppliers. Items in the same order may ship separately.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination and supplier location:

  • US, Canada, UK, Europe: 7–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Other countries: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

  • Tracking availability depends on the supplier and destination country.
  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs policies vary by country. Any customs fees, taxes, VAT, import duties, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. Camp Brew cannot estimate or control these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Camp Brew is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders

  • An order is considered delayed or missing only if it exceeds the maximum estimated delivery window.

  • We will review the tracking information and assist according to our internal policy and supplier guidelines.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Requests will be handled on a best-effort basis only.
